Our products are released in curated collections—limited drops, artist collaborations, or experimental designs.

Once sold out, items may not restock. All products are offered while supplies last.

Collections marked as EXCLUSIVES are available by invite or access link only.

Access may be restricted based on customer history or internal criteria and is not guaranteed.

We accept major credit/debit cards, ShopPay, and other secure checkout options.

You confirm that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted at checkout.

 

 

 

5. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

 


Orders typically process within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on location and shipping method.

Tracking information will be provided once your order is fulfilled.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once an order is in transit with the shipping carrier.

 

 

 

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 


All sales are final. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery to request review.

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, and design elements displayed on this site—including the DIGITAL name and logo—are the exclusive property of Digital Haus LLC.
